Lenten Series #13: Long Day

Today has been a long day. I am tired! Today I learned something new. I realized that when crisis arises, our schedules change, our life is modified and we must be willing and able to change with it. Lately, I have had to deal with a multitude of concerns for and about my students. I am understanding more each day that my role, my job is that of a pastor in many ways. I counsel, mentor, prepare services, and am in the lives of many of my students. Which makes one's days long and at times hard, but ultimately worthwhile. I only have a paragraph to share today because I need to get in the bed, because tomorrow is another long day!
